2004 Trailbreaker Marathon

Pictures from Mary's run in the Trailbreaker Marathon on Mar. 27, 2004. The race starts and finishes in Frame Park in Waukesha, Wisconsin. Her time to run the 26.2 miles was 4 hours, 25 minutes, 16 seconds. This race is ranked by "Marathon and Beyond" as one of North America's 25 toughest marathons because each marathon participant must climb a 40' high tower in the middle of the run. That's right, climb up 40' after running 13 miles and then run 13 miles back to the finish line! Enjoy the pictures.

NOTE: There are lots of pics, so depending on the speed of your connection, this page may take a bit to load. Be patient. :-)
